Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Behance purchase of a product, please email us at energy@behance.com within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Please send the package to the address below:

Wrong Address

If you have entered a wrong address while ordering Action Products, please call the office immediately at 646-918-7738. However, if you contact us after your package has already been processed for shipment, we unfortunately cannot intercept the package. We'll be happy to track your package, and send it out to your correct address if it is returned to sender (for a $5 fee).
